A planned gift can allow you to make a valuable contribution to the Center without utilizing current resources. A bequest made through your will or trust is a simple and meaningful source of support to the Center.
If you have a will or trust, or plan to create one, consider including a gift for the Center. A bequest can be made for a specific dollar amount, or for a percentage, a fraction, or the balance of your residuary estate.
You can give cash, personal property, real estate, securities, insurance policies, or retirement plan assets. Alternatively, you may choose to create a trust, providing income to another individual for life, with the trust principal coming to the Center upon the death of the income beneficiary.
Bequests continue to be an important source of support for the Center. For more information and assistance, please contact Cranbrook Educational Community Planned and Major Gifts Officer Kristin Hermann at 248.645.3272 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
